Reformulate description of windows basics.  Describe changes in window ordering.

* windows.texi (Basic Windows): Reformulate description of live,
internal and valid windows.
(Cyclic Window Ordering): Describe new argument of
get-lru-window and get-largest-window.  Add description of
window-in-direction.
